RYAN TEDDER, Sommelier
Ryan Tedder, originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, joined the GRACE team from Stephan Pyles in Dallas’ Arts District. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in International Finance and a minor in German. While working in a small fine-dining restaurant in Fayetteville, he fell in love with the shared human experience of dining and drinking together. After brief careers in financial services and marina equipment sales in Europe, Ryan returned to the United States and the hospitality industry. After stints at Sambuca Uptown, Nana, Trader Vic’s, and Stephan Pyles, Ryan oversees the wine program at GRACE. He is certified through both the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Certified Wine Educators program and is currently working to receive further accreditation through both organizations. The combined historical and cultural richness of fine wine and food provides fuel to Ryan to constantly push GRACE’s beverage program to new heights.
