Lisa fell in love with the restaurant industry 20 years ago while working as a hostess in Austin while she was in college at the University of Texas. After school, and loving the intensity and fast pace of the business, Lisa joined Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, and became a Kitchen Manager in their Houston and Arlington locations. Eventually she combined her organizational skills with her passion for guest interaction and became a Private Party Manager as a part of the Del Frisco’s team then led by Adam Jones. Lisa credits her success to listening to the guests’ needs and making sure every event held at GRACE exceeds their expectations.
